Welcome to Evolution
We are a training gym in Cincinnati, OH dedicated to functional fitness and cross training. We provide high-quality coaching that focuses on the 5 components of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. Our classes will improve your speed, coordination, agility, balance and power, leading to improved performance, physique and confidence.

There are many forms of fitness, many styles of training, many ways to lose fat and many different philosophies on the subject. The key is moving your body with proper technique (this reduces risk of injury), regardless of which brand you subscribe to (P90X, Crossfit, Insanity, kettlebell training, weightlifting, running, etc) or which facility / trainer you use....and adopting a healthy nutritional regimen.
At Evolution, we will focus our efforts on our clients' needs in all of our classes and training. And we also encourage the success of every individual pursuing fitness, every facility in which they choose to do so and every trainer whose passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals.
