Small Group Training consists of a group of 2-4 clients where the trainer guides the clients through their workout. This is a more economical way to train versus Personal Training but the trainer’s attention is split among the clients in the group. Sessions last for one hour. The trainer will accommodate varying fitness levels and goals among the group members. Each trainer has different time slots set aside for this type of training if you need a small group to join.
