I’ve been a fitness trainer since 1999. I have dedicated my life to fitness and am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have worked with people from ages 7 to 75 years old. My clients have ranged from bodybuilders, triathletes, marathoners, cyclists and competitive athletes to people desiring to be healthier, lose weight, tone their physique and / or improve their fitness level.

My work with others has been very productive. I have trained numerous body transformation contest winners, a corporate fitness contest winner and several bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini competition winners. I specialize in transforming physiques into very fit healthy bodies as well as quickly improving the fitness level of anyone who trains with me.
Jill Landis, CPT-NASM
Jill Landis has been a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2013. She designs each individual fitness program for her clients with the goal of maximizing calorie burn while building (or maintaining) muscle mass. Jill incorporates many different styles of training into her workouts to keep her clients motivated and having fun, while moving towards their fitness goals. In particular, she specializes in suspension training (TRX), plyometrics, and bodyweight training, as well as classic strength training.
Jill is also passionate about nutrition and lifestyle management. She has focused on nutrition and weight loss as a part of her continuing education as a trainer. Because she emphatically believes that food choices, stress, and sleep–among other factors–greatly impact her clients’ success, she designs each program with a total lifestyle focus.

Mike Seta, NETA CPT
Mike is also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and is American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED certified. Mike specializes in weightlifting, sports specific training/conditioning, functional training and overall health and wellness.
Mike believes that fitness is a lifestyle and is a major contributing factor to overall health. Mike has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry.
Darrin Gibson, ISSA and NCCPT
Darrin has over 19 years of experience in the personal training and fitness industry. His passion is helping men and women of all ages and fitness levels achieve their training goals. Darrin tailors his training to each client. He specializes in one-on-one training focusing on functional training and bodybuilding.
Darrin strives to make each workout a challenging learning experience while ensuring clients know both the benefits of training and how to perform each exercise with proper technique. Darrin is a competitive bodybuilder with several titles.
